Back at it!

After a much-deserved post-Contest break, the Lionesses were back in full voice last night for the annual “Let’s bang through a bunch of old songs to see what we still like and/or remember” rehearsal. Many laughs ensued as multiple tag versions were sung simultaneously, lyrics were flubbed and entire verses forgotten. It was great fun and a reminder of why we love some songs, and why other songs are meant to be forgotten. Later in the night, a run-through of the new ballad was much more successful and created goose bumps throughout the crowd. It’s going to be a great one!
